John Hersey joined the Transportation Group in 2009. A Bachelor’s and Master’s graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, John is a transportation planner with interests in regional planning, sustainability, public policy, and outreach. At UMass, John received the Student Planning Award from the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Planning Association. John is an avid bicyclist who and also teaches a course in sustainable transportation at the Boston Architectural College.
