Jim's connection to Planners Collaborative dates back to before the founding of the firm, when he worked closely with Principals Joseph Brevard and Edward Shoucair at Wallace, Floyd, Associates. Jim is an urban and environmental planner with extensive experience in project management. He leads the firm's planning projects and supports the transportation group in a variety of projects, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance reviews, transportation enhancements, and public outreach. Jim is an avid hiker who takes every opportunity to return to the Appalachian Trail, which he through-hiked in 2003.
