David is an expert in paratransit and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. Through his leadership of the firm's ongoing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance review work for the Federal Transit Administration's Office of Civil Rights, the firm's practice has successfully grown since he joined the firm in 2000. David is firmly committed to improving transportation mobility for all people. In his free time, David serves on the board of West Medford Open Studios and explores transit accessible places.
