As part of a team, Planners Collaborative assisted in preparation of a plan to identify alternative means of transportation access to Morristown National Historic Park in Morristown, New Jersey. This popular park attracts tourists from throughout the eastern United States. Its popularity has produced greatly increased congestion on the existing road network, which necessitated an alternative design for a transportation system capable of serving park visitors as well as surrounding communities. Planners Collaborative helped to define a bus system to run on multiple fixed routes throughout the park. The routes connected parking lots, a train station, restaurants, hotels, park attractions, and local businesses.
