As part of a team, Planners Collaborative provided a comprehensive review of the Greensboro, NC Transit Authority’s paratransit service. This included an evaluation of the existing service in terms of organizational structure, service quality, and cost effectiveness. Proposed changes to improve quality and efficiency included an implementation plan and budget to achieve these changes.
