A Planners Collaborative staff member served as principal of the Massachusetts Transportation Finance Commission. The commission was created as an independent body to examine and evaluate the financial health of Massachusetts’ transportation agencies and present findings and make recommendations. Planners Collaborative conducted exhaustive financial analyses of the state’s transportation agencies and co-authored the commission’s Findings Report, which was released in March of 2007 and the Recommendations Report released the following September.
